On June 20, at 14:27, the operational duty officer of the Sevastopol Rescue Service received a message about a drowning man in the waters of Cape Vinogradny (near Cape Fiolent).

The duty shift of the search and rescue unit «Balaklava» left for the scene. Rescuers provided first aid, the victim was evacuated to a safe place on a boat and handed over to the ambulance staff. The work was completed at 16:08the emergency department said.
