CrimeaPRESS reports:
The court, following a claim by the environmental prosecutor, recovered more than 7 million rubles from the state.
One of the enterprises in the city of Evpatoria does not pay fees for the negative impact on the environment, which is why a debt has arisen.
In order to eliminate these violations, the prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the enterprise, based on the results of which, measures aimed at eliminating them were not taken in full, the amount of debt was not repaid— reported the prosecutor’s office.
By the decision of the Yevpatoria City Court, the prosecutor’s claims were satisfied, and 7.2 million rubles were recovered from the state.
