One-time payment to participants in special operation doubled

The military personnel who had previously signed a contract, reports RBCwere entitled to a one-time cash payment of 195 thousand rubles. Russian President Vladimir Putin increased it to 400 thousand rubles, and also recommended that regions pay at least 400 thousand to new contract soldiers.
Military personnel who sign a contract to participate in a military operation will receive a one-time payment of 400 thousand rubles. To do this, they will need to sign a contract from August 1 to December 31 of this year, according to decree Russian President Vladimir Putin. Previously, military personnel who signed a contract after September 21, 2022, was supposed to one-time cash payment in the amount of 195 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the head of state recommended that regions pay at least 400 thousand to citizens who decided to sign a contract during the special operation.
