ONF activists checked the quality of repair work on roads in the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol

In the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol, the repair of Tarutinskaya, Koli Pishchenko, Rassvetnaya, Inkermanskaya and Volodya Dubinin streets with a total length of more than 3.5 km is being completed. The works are carried out within the framework of the national project «Safe quality roads».

These streets lead to socially significant objects: the ship repair college, the Children’s Home, sports school No. 7, the climbing wall and the Lukomorye eco-park. The quality of road repairs was checked by activists of the All-Russian Popular Front in Sevastopol.

Deviations of manhole covers from the horizontal plane of the asphalt concrete pavement were revealed. Ensuring road safety is not fully implemented. Also, in some areas, mechanical damage to the side stones is noticeable. This is an important moment in the repair work, but the contractor promised to fix everything as soon as possible , — said Maxim Mishin, head of the ONF Road Inspectorate / Map of Killed Roads project in Sevastopol.

Workers at the facilities have already replaced the side stones, laid the leveling and top layers of asphalt concrete pavement, and applied horizontal markings. In total, 2 531 tons of asphalt concrete mixture were laid on five sections of roads. The repair is carried out by the contractor Krymdorstroy.

Recall that the program of the national road project for this year includes 1 overhaul facility with a length of 4 km, 72 a repair facility with a total length of , 6 km, and 2 bridge structures.
