Only 15% of employers from Crimea are concerned about the company’s image among applicants who did not pass the competitive selection

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies and economically active citizens with employment experience took part.
15% of HR managers report that their companies have experience in instilling positive impressions of the employer in rejected applicants. However, most employer representatives say that their company does not think about its image on the labor market. Meanwhile, to form positive impressions of the company, even among rejected applicants, it does not require much effort: all you need is politeness, goodwill, a clear and concise story about the company, working conditions, stages of personnel selection,” noted the service’s press service.
Crimeans who have been refused employment often recommend to relatives, friends and acquaintances a company that they did not attend: 23% of respondents said this. Most often, such behavior can be expected from citizens under 34 years of age and those who earn more than 100 thousand rubles.
