Only 17% of working Crimeans are ready to quit following their manager
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Service SuperJob asked respondents whether they would remain in their jobs if their immediate supervisors decided to quit. Working economically active citizens took part in the survey.
When a direct manager quits, many ask themselves the question: is it worth continuing to work or leaving with him. In such a situation, 17% of Crimeans would prefer to leave the company following their boss: 6% are absolutely sure that they will quit, and 11% are more likely to part with their employer. In contrast, 33% would rather stay with the company. 50% are absolutely categorical: they will not quit following their manager,” noted the service’s press service.
Those surveyed under the age of 34 spoke more often than those who were older about their readiness to leave their jobs in the event of a change in management. As the age of respondents increases, the number of company loyalists increases.
There are more women than men who clearly do not want to leave their jobs due to the dismissal of their bosses.
