Only 45% of employers from Crimea have no prejudices regarding the employment of pensioners

In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.

45% of enterprises and organizations hire pensioners on a general basis, another 35% — for individual positions. Most often, vacancies for skilled workers, engineers, salesmen and storekeepers are open to Crimeans of retirement age.,” noted the service’s press service.

SuperJob has been celebrating for several years now increasing the proportion of older applicants. This trend is especially pronounced among blue-collar workers and general workers. The “aging” of the workforce is largely a consequence of the demographic gap.
