Only 5% of Crimea employees begin to work better after criticism of the leadership
Krympress reports:
In a survey of a job search service Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population of Crimea, which are subordinate, took part.
The fact that the authorities never spoil his mood was said by every fourth resident of Crimea (26%). However, for 16% of employees, the leader daily causes a deterioration in the emotional state. 14% are faced with the negative from the boss several times a week, 13% several times a month, and 13% — only several times a year.
Employees over 45 years old more often than youth under 35 years of age face daily nit -picking leadership (17% versus 14%, respectively). The most vulnerable workers with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles — 29% of them admit that the bosses regularly spoil their mood.
The fact that they never receive negativity from leadership are more often declared by men (29% against 23% among women). Young people under 35 complain of criticism less often than those older (28%). And earning from 100 thousand rubles per month — less often employees with less income (28%).
Moreover, the effectiveness of this approach raises great doubts. 47% of employees admitted that after the thoroughness they work only worse, 42% said that this does not affect their productivity, and only 5% begin to work better.
Women perceive criticism more acutely and more often men note a decrease in performance indicators (48% versus 46%, respectively). It is curious that the higher the income of the employee, the more likely the negative consequences, while less paid employees often prefer not to respond and continue to work as usual.
