Only 6% of employers in Crimea control the behavior of employees at computers

6 out of 10 companies are sure that there is no need to monitor the computer activity of staff. In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Humanist managers and other representatives of personnel services of enterprises and organizations responsible for the selection of personnel from Crimea and other personnel managers took part.
Most employers (59%) do not control the behavior of employees at computers. Only 6% of companies monitor the activity of all employees, regardless of the location of their jobs (in the office or remotely): “Working time should be working, free time — personal.” However, judging by the comments, employers do not use information from tracking programs on an ongoing basis: “There is a data collection, but resort to it in extreme cases”; “Only pointily if the leadership wants to dismiss someone.” Moreover, only for employees in the territory of the employer such control is used more often than only for those who work remotely (12% versus 1%, respectively), -They note in the press service of the service.
Talking about the impact of monitoring of computer activity on the performance of workers, every second (55%) personnel manager is sure that it is zero. Every fourth (25%) states that there is a positive effect in some situations: “Monitoring affects the effectiveness of the distribution of tasks by the head of the company”; “If an employee has a good efficiency and benefits the company, then you do not need to monitor its actions. Monitoring is needed for employees for a trial period. ” At the same time, 7% believe that such control has a negative impact: “This prison surveillance only offends”; «This speaks of the distrust of the leadership.»
