Only 7% of Crimean residents are afraid of being fired
CrimeaPRESS reports:
7 out of 10 residents of Crimea do not experience any fears related to work. In an open service survey Superjob Working representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
73% of city residents do not experience any fears related to work. First on the list of job phobias is the fear of losing a job: 7% of Crimean residents are afraid of being fired. 4% of respondents are afraid of being underestimated and not meeting expectations, 3% are afraid of instability, closure of an enterprise and non-payment of wages.
Male workers are more likely than women to fear a pay cut. Residents of Crimea are more often worried due to fears of not being able to cope with the assigned tasks and not meeting expectations.
