Only every fifth employer from Crimea is ready to hire those fired “under article” on a general basis
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Every third employer is ready to consider applicants dismissed under Article 81 of the Labor Code with “bad” wording. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob HR managers from companies from Crimea took part.
According to the survey, 46% of employers from Crimea never hire applicants who were dismissed from their previous job at the initiative of the employer under Article 81 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation on such grounds as inadequacy for the position held, repeated failure to fulfill job duties, gross violations, etc. In contrast, 21% of representatives of personnel services noted that they were ready to consider such applicants as part of a general competition. Another 11% sometimes hire people fired under the following article: “It happens that this is not due to the employee’s business qualities, but to the ambitions of his manager”; “To a position lower than the previous one and/or with less responsibility”,” noted the service’s press service.
Most often, transport and logistics enterprises, construction and industrial companies demonstrated loyalty to specialists dismissed from their previous jobs under Article 81 with “bad” wording.
