Only every tenth Crimean recruiter has never met false information in the resume

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob and educational holding Skillbox Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.

According to recruiters, candidates most often enter inaccurate data in resumes regarding professional skills (55%of employers came across this), a circle of duties in previous positions (43%) and work experience (40%). It is not difficult to identify inconsistencies in the resume: in their arsenal — interviews, professional tests, recommendations, requests from discharge from the work book.

Every fifth Aitchar met the resume of applicants who distorted personal data. 19% of personnel selection experts noted that some applicants exaggerated the level of specialized software. Another 15% of managers identified a lie about the level of ownership of a foreign language.

9% of recruiters reported that candidates added non -existent courses and trainings in a resume. 4% of respondents have encountered inaccuracies in the sections on awards and basic education.

At the same time, every tenth specialist in the selection of staff stated that he had never met false information in the resume.

Skillbox notes: for employers, the practical experience of candidates is critically important, so you need to have real skills, and not create the illusion of competence. According to the company, for 94% of students, the presence of practice in educational programs is a key parameter when choosing online courses, and 75% of students associate the achievement of career goals precisely with a practical component of training.
