Operation «Illegal — 2025» in Crimea: fines in the amount of 2.6 million rubles are imposed

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea sums up the results of the 1st stage of the operational-preventive event “Illegal-2025”. The raids were attended by employees of the migration and patrol service units, operatives, state traffic inspectors, district police officers, as well as representatives of the FSB of the region.
As a result, more than 870 violations of migration legislation related to the illegal implementation of labor activity, non -compliance with the rules of stay and entry into the territory of Russia, the organization of illegal migration, and a fictitious production of citizens, including visitors, registered, as well as the use by a foreigner of a fake document, were identified.
So, in Feodosia, a man presented a police passport with a fake stamp on crossing the state border. The document was seized and sent for examination. A resident of the Bakhchisarai district provided migrants who were illegally located in Russia, sleeping places in a hostel for living without registration. Three illegal immigrants were detained. A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In addition, a 28-year-old local resident was installed in the city of Simferopol, who fictitiously registering three visiting citizens without the intention of actual provision of a dwelling. The woman became a person involved in a criminal case, initiated under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. She was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
According to the results of the raids, the employees of the Department of Immigration Control of the Office for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea made 21 decisions on the expulsion and deportation of violators outside the Russian Federation. Now 18 visitors are placed in the Center for Temporary Contents of Foreign Citizens. All of them will be closed to the entrance to the country for a period of 5 and 10 years.
In total, according to the results of the consideration of protocols on administrative offenses, administrative fines were imposed on a total of more than 2 million 600 thousand rubles.
