In Evpatoria, police officers revealed violations of immigration laws. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
As part of the complex operational and preventive operation «Illegal-2023», employees of the immigration control department of the Office for Migration Issues, together with employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Yevpatoria, revealed violations of migration legislation. The police found that on the territory of one of the facilities for the construction of multi-apartment multi-storey residential buildings, 4 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan carried out labor activities without permitsthe message says.
On the fact of violations revealed by the employees of the immigration control department in relation to foreigners, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 18.10 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The materials were sent to the court for consideration.
