Operational and preventive measures «Debtor» are being held in Kerch

From June 19 to June 30 in Kerch, the State Traffic Inspectorate, together with the Bailiff Service, is holding a preventive event «Debtor».
In the course of joint raids, persons who have previously been brought to administrative responsibility and who have debts in the form of an administrative fine that have not been paid within the period established by law are identified., — said the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea. — In accordance with Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, non-payment of an administrative fine within the time period provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of two times the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, but not less than one thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for a period of up to fifteen days, or compulsory labor for a period of up to fifty hours.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds all road users of the possibility of paying 50% of the amount of some imposed fines if it is made within 20 days from the date of the decision to bring to administrative responsibility. The total term for paying the fine is 60 days from the date the decision comes into force.
It is possible to check the existing debts on fines of the traffic police through the single portal of the State Services and the section of the official website of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs «Checking fines».
