For the convenience of SVO participants, specialists from the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea issue orders for land plots in city administrations. Today a field event was held in Kerch, at which about 40 documents were issued on the transfer of free ownership of a land plot to the participants of the special operation.
The fourth land mass for issuing plots to participants in a special military operation is located on the coast, near the village of Privetnoye, Saki district.
After completion of work on the formation of the array, local government bodies notify applicants according to priority about the distribution of the land plot to them. Next, the SVO participant or his representative by proxy must contact the ministry for documents. However, we organize on-site issuance of documents in remote regions of the republicsaid Deputy Minister Anatoly Zaichenko.
According to him, the ministry’s specialists provide assistance to the participants of the SVO in registering ownership of the received land plot. So, for example, if the applicant wishes, as well as to avoid additional appeals to other departments and for the convenience of SVO participants, registration of ownership of a plot and entering information into the Unified State Register of Real Estate can be carried out with the help of the Ministry of Property of Crimea.
