Over 10 years, almost 7.3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Crimea

Over 10 years, almost 7.3 million square meters of housing were commissioned, including 2.3 million square meters of multi-apartment housing. Over the years, the volume of construction of apartment buildings has doubled. Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk spoke about this in the “Main Interview” program on the “Millet” TV channel.

Crimea has serious urban planning potential. Five clusters have been formed due to growth points and integrated development of territories. These are Alushta — Sudak, Feodosia and Leninsky district, Saki and Evpatoria, Simferopol district (Nikolaevka village), Northwestern region — Black Sea and Razdolnensky districtsaid Yuri Gotsanyuk.

According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, by 2030 it is planned to commission 14.7 million square meters. m., of which 10 million are residential buildings, 4.7 million are apartments.
