Over the weekend, KRYM-SPAS provided assistance to tourists twice

Last weekend, employees of the GKU RK «KRYM-SPAS» twice provided assistance to tourists who were injured in the mountainous forest area.

Yesterday, at 14:12, the KRYM-SPAS officer on duty received information that a woman, walking along Cape Kapchik (Noviy Svet), stumbled and injured her leg. Cannot move independently. The help of rescuers is required in its evacuation from the mountain-forest area.

Upon arrival, rescuers quickly found the victim on the loose soil of Cape Kapchik and provided her with first aid by immobilizing the injured limb. After that, employees of the emergency department put the woman on a stretcher, transported her to an official car and took her to the village. Novy Svet, where the victim was handed over to the ambulance staff— said in the emergency department.

In addition, yesterday at 14:19, the emergency department received a message that a woman stumbled and injured her leg during a tourist walk near the cave city of Chufut-Kale. Cannot move independently. The help of lifeguards is required.

A shift on duty of the Bakhchisaray emergency rescue team of the GKU RK «CRIMEA-SPAS» was sent to the scene. Upon arrival, rescuers began to search for the victim. Within 40 minutes, the woman was found near the Kopka-Kuyu well. Employees of the emergency department gave her first aid by putting a splint on the injured limb. After that, the victim was transported on a stretcher for half an hour over difficult rough terrain in heavy rain to an official car.— noted in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.

After delivering the woman to the Staroselskaya parking lot, the rescuers handed her over to medical workers for further hospitalization.
