Over the weekend, the governor of Sevastopol checked the condition of the city's bomb shelters
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On Saturday, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, checked the condition of places where bomb shelters are located, basements that can be used as temporary shelters.
The main goal was to check how management companies work. I looked at what they wanted to show, and what they did not plan to show me. In those houses where no one has entered the basements for many years, the situation definitely needs to be improved. The amount of work is large, we can’t do it without the help of the residents, we need to clean the premises of old things and garbage. As for navigation on the entrances, it is not available everywhere, we will bring the situation to mind. I will personally supervise, plus I connected the headquarters of «We are together» and the ONF to monitor the implementation of this task , — Razvozhaev summed up the results of the check.
The governor inspected the basements of residential buildings on the street. Gogol, Dzerzhinsky, Nikolai Muzyka, General Ostryakov Avenue. According to him, in the city center with urban shelters, the situation is better. Those managed by the Center for the Efficient Use of City Property are in satisfactory condition.
I checked the navigation signs, signs, the condition of the shelters. Somewhere they have already made light, there are not enough benches and chairs everywhere, plus you need to form a supply of water so that, if necessary, you can spend several hours in shelters. We hope that we will not use cellars as shelters, but we must be ready for anything. This is now task number 1 for everyone , — said the governor.
Remind , in Sevastopol, as well as in the Crimea, there is a “medium level of response” regime. It involves strengthening the protection of public order and ensuring public safety, the protection of military, important state and special facilities; introduction of a special mode of operation of facilities that ensure the functioning of transport, communications and communications, energy facilities.
