In Sevastopol, the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings continues. The progress of work in building No. 8 on Raketnaya Street in Balaklava was checked by the director of the Sevastopol City Department, Evgeny Gorlov, together with the head of the Fund for Promotion of Capital Repairs, Dmitry Shpagin. The facility is undergoing a major overhaul of the flat roof.
To date, work at this address has been completed by 18%. As part of the overhaul, the following works are provided: cleaning the surface, dismantling the coating, repairing the screed, arranging the base and roofing from rolled material, arranging junctions, repairing ventilation ducts, engine rooms, repairing and covering parapets, installing fences, replacing pipe racks, gratings, hatches , — said Evgeny Gorlov.
According to Dmitry Shpagin, the workers carried out the dismantling of small coatings and finishes, carried out a partial dismantling of the rolled roof covering and screed, a partial installation of the screed, the lower and upper layers of the roof. Ventilation ducts, engine rooms, parapets, roof fencing are being repaired. Yevgeny Gorlov also noted that earlier in this building, a major overhaul of the facade and the installation of elevator equipment were completed. Roof repairs are scheduled to be completed by mid-August.
Recall that in total this year a major overhaul of 173 apartment buildings is planned in Sevastopol.
