Overhaul of three departments completed in Simferopol Central Regional Clinical Hospital

In the premises, engineering communications, plumbing equipment have been replaced, interior decoration has been completed. Now the delivery of new furniture is being carried out, which will be installed in the renovated wards, offices and corridors. Modern and comfortable conditions are created for patients and employees. So, in the therapeutic department there are 60 beds for a round-the-clock stay and 8 beds for a day hospital. The Department of Traumatology is designed for 44 beds of a round-the-clock hospital and 8 beds of a day hospital. Patients come here with various injuries, with degenerative-dystrophic pathologies of the musculoskeletal system, arthrosis of the joints of the extremities and spine, arthropathies, etc. On average, about 1100 surgical interventions are performed in the department per year, including skeletal traction, metal osteosynthesis, reconstructive plastic and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgical interventions. About 1,200 patients a year are treated in a round-the-clock hospital, and about 200 people are treated in a day hospital.

There are 62 beds in the surgical department, there are also 5 urological beds and 5 day hospital beds. During the year, about 1950 patients are treated here, about 1350 surgical interventions are performed.

The premises of the Department of Surgery No. 2 of the Medical Academy named after S.I. Georgievsky KFU named after V.I. Vernadsky, which is located in the Simferopol Central Republican Clinical Hospital. The department occupies an isolated room in the basement of the surgical hospital. It consists of 9 study rooms, a conference hall, a study room and a computer class. The total area of ​​study rooms and classrooms is more than 250 square meters. m.

Currently, the Simferopol Central Regional Clinical Hospital continues to overhaul the maternity and emergency departments, the operating block, as well as the entrance group and stairs of the hospital and clinic.
