Overhaul of workshops in the educational center named after Revyakin completed in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, the overhaul of the building of the workshops of the educational center named after V. D. Revyakin was completed. The result of the work was checked by the Acting Director of the Department of Capital Construction of Sevastopol Igor Akhmedov and the First Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos.

The building of the workshops is very old, built in 1965 year and required a major overhaul for a long time. The work performed will allow increasing the capacity of the building to people — previously, about children. In recent years, the workshops have not been used due to their unusable condition. In the near future we will transfer the object to users , – said Igor Akhmedov.

He also noted that the repaired premises provided for a locksmith and carpentry workshop for boys, a home economics study for girls, a dance hall, a film and theater studio, and a library.

According to Maksim Krivonos, the education of children in the new building will begin in the second quarter of this year.

During the overhaul, all the needs of the school were taken into account. The development of children’s creativity and the creation of a school theater will be provided here. In addition, a choreographic hall is provided for the first time , — emphasized the First Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science of Sevastopol.

As specified in the press service of the city government, the work was carried out by the contracting organization SpetsStroyExpert. The price of the contract amounted to million rubles.
