On Friday, December 8, the Kerch Art Gallery will host a lecture-concert “Geniuses of the Renaissance. Part 2″. Visitors will see paintings by great Italian artists and listen to works by famous composers. As reported in the East Crimean Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve, the event is dedicated to two types of art — painting and music. The event is part of the “Dialogues through the Ages” series of lectures and concerts, which started in October.
Paintings by Renaissance artists will appear on the big screen. At the same time, works by classical composers will be performed — live performance and unique recordings. All this will be accompanied by a story about the interaction of music and painting and how some masterpieces are born thanks to others.
