In the Cathedral Mosque of Crimea, the most voluminous first stage of painting was completed and the second stage was started. This was announced by the general contractor of the construction company «SpetsstroyKrym» (SSK).
The main dome of the mosque is ready, it remains to cover it with gold leaf. In percentage terms, the painting works of the mosque are completed by 30% of the total— said the head of the SSK Evgeny Zuev.
The painting is carried out with natural paints for the durability of the ornament, and invited masters from Turkey take part in the work. The concept of painting the Cathedral Mosque includes ornaments that embody the Crimean Tatar culture and traditions.
