Parents have been given equal rights in obtaining certificates and extracts for their children
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A legal representative of a minor who is not the applicant can now receive the results of a state or municipal service on paper. To do this, the parent-applicant must provide information about the child’s other parent, who is authorized to receive the results of the relevant service in relation to the child, at the time of filing the application.
It is envisaged that if the applicant, at the time of filing an application for the provision of the service, expresses in writing a desire to receive the requested certificates and extracts regarding the minor personally, then the said certificates and extracts will not be issued to another legal representative.
