Participants from Crimea will be able to receive compensation of 1 million rubles instead of the land plot

Currently, the fighters who have concluded a contract through the military registration and enlistment offices of Crimea receive a one -time payment of 500 thousand rubles, as well as a land plot.

Now our defenders will have the opportunity instead of a land plot to receive monetary compensation in the amount of one million rubles. The issue has already been agreed with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Payment will be provided from the republican budget within two weeks after filing an application— said the head of Crimea.

The corresponding draft law has been submitted to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, it is planned to be adopted in the near future.
