Participants of their own and their close relatives are completely exempted from paying the regional tariff for a number of notarial actions

• Power of attorney (exclusion — power of attorney in the order of advance);
• Will (exception — joint wills of spouses and hereditary funds);
• Consent to traveling children abroad, to receive a passport or driver’s license;
• Evidence of the authenticity of the signature;
• The equivalence of electronic document and vice versa;
• Transmission of documents of individuals and legal entities to other persons;
• Fidelity of copies of identity documents, and documents of the registry office.

Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 30.01.2025 No. 15 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 12.09.2023 No. 253“ On approval of the formula for the calculation of economically justified maximum size regional tariffs and a list of benefits applied to regional tariffs «

In addition, the Ministry of Justice’s order introduces a new category to which the benefit extends. We are talking about foreign citizens who wished to conclude a contract on military service as part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and military units.
