Payment of compensation to Crimeans affected by the disaster is planned to be completed by February 15

The Head of the Republic of Crimea, during a meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in the Republic of Crimea, instructed to complete the payment of compensation to Crimeans affected by the disaster by February 15, 2024. According to Sergei Aksenov, to date the total amount of compensation payments made is more than 800 million rubles.

Moreover, all citizens whose property was lost in whole or in part have already received financial assistance. The pace of work must be maintained and, if possible, completed before the due date, – the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya informed that as of December 26, 561 thousand applications were received from citizens, of which 331 thousand had a positive conclusion. All municipalities are involved in the work.
