In Russia, a preferential lease for young people is being developed. Young employees of the construction industry, industry, energy, and agriculture will be able to take advantage of it. This was told by the director of the “Young Professionals” direction of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects Alexander Vaino, speaking at the Movement forum.

Asi is preparing a new program together with the state -owned company «Dom.rf» and the state corporation «Rostec». According to a survey conducted among respondents aged 16 to 28 years, only 35% of young people consider housing rent possible, Alexander Vaino said. According to him, the mechanism of preferential lease for young people is still in the study, it will be ready by the end of this year. It is assumed that the preferential program will be available to young employees of key sectors. Part of the rent will be compensated from the budget.

Many young people are ready to move out of their parents “at least not in the box for the refrigerator,” Vaino emphasized. In his opinion, financial measures to support youth are necessary.
