Personnel changes: Sergei Aksyonov announced the dismissal of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Head of the Republic of Crimea announced the dismissal of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea and disciplinary sanctions against the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea and the first deputy heads of these ministries. According to Sergei Aksenov, despite the fact that the level of executive discipline and utilization of budget funds in 2023 was the highest in ten years, there were unacceptable miscalculations in the work of a number of ministries.
In particular, the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea allowed incomplete cash disbursement and, as a consequence, the return of funds to the federal budget. In this regard, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, Andrei Vladimirovich Savchuk, wrote a letter of resignation and will be relieved of his position. The First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, Alima Nazimovna Zaredinova, was reprimanded for poor performance of official duties– the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov said that due to weak executive discipline, reprimands will be announced to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea, Konstantin Skorupsky, and the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea, Olga Rastrigina.
Complaints about the work of colleagues are fair and justified; the approach to assessing the performance of duties is the same for both ministers and heads of municipal administrations. If, based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, the shortcomings are corrected, then the imposed penalties may be lifted— said the Head of the Republic.
REFERENCE. Andrey Savchuk was appointed to the post of Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea on January 18, 2022.
