Personnel shortage in Russia — what experts say
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The founder of the online recruiting service SuperJob, Alexey Zakharov, explained what is causing the current personnel crisis in the country and named the most in-demand professions.
The main reason for the shortage of personnel is the demographic gap: for the last ten years, approximately 100 thousand fewer young people have entered the labor market every year than the year before. Losses from Covid are approximately minus a million people from the labor market, the special operation is another minus two million people from the labor market. These are contract soldiers, mobilized and gone somewhere— quotes the press service of Alexei Zakharov.
According to the president and founder of SuperJob, today mass professions are in demand, and there are enough journalists and directors.
The same ones are always missing, and these are not space geologists. These are drivers, nurses, salesmen, builders, and this will always be the case. There are not enough of those who are more numerous. There are more than enough journalists, we can find directors, but there are problems with couriers. Covid has given a huge impetus to the development of the service sector, delivery and everything connected with it. There you can now earn more than in production with lower qualifications. Accordingly, people do not go to production because the courier is paid more than the turner— the expert emphasizes.
