Perspective: Family mortgage rate will depend on the number of children in the family and the region of residence

Krympress reports:

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Construction is recommended to consider the possibility of introducing a differentiated rate on a family mortgage. The corresponding document is published in the electronic database of the State Duma.

The Ministry of Finance, together with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, will work about the use of a differentiated approach with mortgage lending to families with children, the text of the draft decree prepared following the results of the Rights in the State Duma, at which issues of demographic policy were discussed. It is assumed that the bet on the preferential program will depend on the number of children in the family and the region of residence. The size of the family mortgage rate will differ in large and small cities, rural settlements.

Recall, to introduce a differentiated mortgage rate depending on the region of residence was previously proposed by the State Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin. According to him, now the bet on the preferential program is flat, it does not take into account the difference in families from different regions. Volodin emphasized that now about 40% of the family mortgage is concentrated in Moscow. It is necessary to create conditions for people to remain in the regions.
