PFR in Sevastopol: family composition and payment for children from 8 to 17 years old

The FIU in Sevastopol notes: payments for children from 8 to 17 years are assigned to families with an average per capita income of not more than the subsistence level per capita in the region. The average per capita income depends on the number of family members and their income. Who is counted in the household:

  • applicant (parent or guardian);
  • applicant’s spouse;
  • children under 18 years, including those under guardianship;
  • children under 23 years, including under guardianship, if studying full-time and not married.

Who is not included in the family, even if they meet the criteria for kinship:

  • who are on full state support, except for children under guardianship;
  • conscripts or students in higher military educational organizations;
  • who are in compulsory treatment under by a court decision, in custody, serving sentences;
  • deprived of parental rights to this child.

Also, when assigning a payment not , the following are included with the composition of the family:

  • the parent of the children, if he is not married to the applicant;
  • grandparents, even if living together;
  • children from 18 years without full-time education or married;
  • children older than 23 years.

Recall that in order to assign a payment, the following conditions must be met:

  • the monthly income per person in the family does not exceed the regional subsistence minimum per capita (in Sevastopol from 01..2022 it is 13919 rub.);
  • the applicant (mother or father, or guardian) and children are citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently residing in the Russian Federation;
  • family property does not exceed the requirements for movable and immovable property;
  • adult family members must have earnings (stipend, income from work or business or pension) or lack of income is justified objective life circumstances.
