PFR in Sevastopol: in 2022, disability pensions for Sevastopol residents are drawn up proactively

The FIU in Sevastopol notes: a disability pension in a proactive format, i.e. without a personal appeal to the Pension Fund, issued 564 to Sevastopol residents.

Let us remind you that from 2022 the year there is an application-free registration of insurance and social disability pensions (without a personal visit with an application and documents). These payments are assigned according to information from the Federal Register of Disabled Persons. The decision on the appointment of an insurance or social pension is made no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of information on disability by the Pension Fund. After making a decision on the appointment of the payment, the Pension Fund notifies the disabled person within 3 working days by sending him a notification to his personal account on the public services portal or by mail , the press service of the department explains.

If the disabled person has not previously received any payments through the PFR, he needs to decide on the method of delivering the pension — by mail or to a bank account. The application can be sent online through a personal account on the portal of public services or on the website of the Fund. If a person has not registered on the public services portal, he can submit an application for the method of delivering a pension at the nearest branch of the MFC or at the PFR client service.
