PFR in Sevastopol: more than 25.4 thousand Sevastopol residents used the Unified Contact Center

Since the beginning 25 of the year, more than 25 4,000 Sevastopol residents have addressed the Unified Contact Center (JCC) with questions on social support measures. In general, 5.8 million Russians used the services of the ECC throughout the country. Most often, they were interested in the topics of social payments, the appointment of pensions, payments to families with children and obtaining maternity capital. Most of all there were applications related to obtaining background information on the assigned payments.

A unified contact center was launched as part of the «social treasury» project. By calling 8-11-6000-000 and in the online chat, you can clarify information on all issues related to social support measures. First, the call is answered by a virtual assistant. It helps to get information on popular typical queries. For example, about how to use maternity capital, get SNILS or change the method of delivering a pension. If more detailed information is needed, the virtual assistant transfers the call to the first line, where the dialogue is continued by an employee of the center, — reported the press service of the PFR in Sevastopol.

For more detailed consultations, a second line is provided. The operator identifies the person who applied (by code word or SNILS), after which he provides the information of interest.

The contact center is a unified system of departments of the social block, which, in addition to the Pension Fund, includes the Ministry of Labor, the Social Insurance Fund, institutions of medical and social expertise and Rostrud. The list of JCC participants is constantly expanding. Recently, second-line operators from the social protection authorities 11 of the regions of Russia, including in Sevastopol, have been added to it.
