PFR in Sevastopol: on the Day of Knowledge — to teachers about early retirement

CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Sevastopol, over a thousand teachers took advantage of the right to retire early. More than half of them continue to work.

For early retirement, you must have 10 years of teaching experience in certain institutionsand certain positions*. You can apply for a pension after 5 years (taking into account the transitional periods of raising the retirement age) after the development of a special length of service and the availability of pension coefficients. For example, in the 2022 year, with the development of special experience and the availability of individual pension coefficients, the right to a pension will be determined in 2026 year. Next year, with the development of special experience and the availability of coefficients, the right to a pension will appear in 2028 year , — the press service of the PFR Branch in Sevastopol notes.

Please note that starting from 01 September 2000 of the year, in order to receive a pension for teaching experience, the teacher must work out the norm of working time (teaching load) established for the rate. This requirement does not apply to primary school teachers in secondary schools.

The PFR branch for the city of Sevastopol appeals to teachers who plan to retire early. In order to ensure the timely appointment of an insurance pension, the fund’s specialists carry out early work on the assessment of pension rights. You can contact the PFR customer service two years before the expected date of the early retirement.
