In the current year, you must have at least 23, 4 pension coefficients and 13 years of service. But if there is no corresponding number of IPCs or the required length of service has not been completed, then the right to an old-age insurance pension will be deferred. This can happen if a person received a «gray» salary. By agreeing to pay wages «in an envelope», the employee takes certain risks. He will not have a guaranteed salary, including bonuses, incentive payments. There is a high probability of not receiving vacation pay or receiving it in a smaller amount, including when going on maternity leave; not receive full sick leave pay. He may lose social guarantees associated with layoffs, training, the birth of a child and other life situations; lose the right to social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases, etc. And most importantly, the size of his future pension will suffer , the press service of the department emphasizes.
If an employee doubts that his employer does not pay insurance premiums in full or does not pay them at all, this can be checked. In your personal account on the PFR website es.pfrf.ru in the “Individual personal account” section, you can order a certificate (statement): “on the status of an individual personal account”. And if any information is not taken into account or is not taken into account in full, it is possible to contact the employer in advance to clarify the data.
We pay special attention! For the majority of Sevastopol residents, the information on the basis of which the IPC value was calculated for periods up to 2015 a year is not yet displayed in their personal account. At the moment, a special program is being developed and implemented that allows entering this information into the personal accounts of residents of Crimea and Sevastopol on the PFR website.
