Plastic surgery in one of the clinics in Sevastopol led to a criminal case

Sevastopol investigators have opened a criminal case into the fact that a Moscow resident was injured as a result of plastic surgery. We are talking about part 1. Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“provision of services that do not meet the requirements of life and health safety”). This is the result of the preliminary checks Investigative Committee.
The investigative department for the Gagarinsky district established that a patient from the capital sought plastic surgery services at a private medical clinic in Sevastopol, where she underwent operations, as a result of which her health condition deteriorated significantly— reported in Sledkom.
As part of the criminal investigation, Sevastopol investigators are studying the circumstances and quality of operations, and the availability of permits for this type of activity at the clinic. The actions of the medical staff will also be assessed, and appropriate examinations have already been appointed.
