PMEF-2025: Crimea plans to conclude memorandums for 67.94 billion rubles

Crimea plans to sign two investment agreements and six memorandums on cooperation as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. This was announced in his Telegram channel by the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov.
Agreements relate to the construction of a residential complex in Bakhchisarai, as well as a multifunctional housing complex with shopping and office premises in Simferopol.
Six memorandums of interaction provide for the implementation of large projects in the agrarian, tourist and construction spheres. Among them are the creation of dairy complexes in Pervomaisky and Razdolnensky districts, the development of promising territories of residential development in the Simferopol district, the formation of an innovative cluster in Yalta, the construction of an apart-hotel in the Saki district and a hotel and health complex in the city of Saki.
Crimea is attractive to investors, a promising region. Every year, the number of people who want to implement projects in our republic is growing, investors come to us with their interesting ideas. All this contributes to the development of Crimea, increasing its attractiveness— emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov.
He added that the total volume of alleged investments will be 67.94 billion rubles.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF-2025) opened on Wednesday in the Center «Expoforum». This year it will be held under the motto «General values - the basis of growth in the multipolar world.» The PMEF-2025 business program will combine more than 150 events covering a wide range of topics from global economic trends and digital transformation to sustainable development, technological leadership and strengthening humanitarian ties. Participation in the St. Petersburg Economic Forum this year was confirmed by 20 thousand representatives from 140 countries.
