PMEF-2025: Sevastopol and Lipetsk Region signed an agreement on cooperation

Within the framework of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF-2025), an agreement on cooperation between the Government of Sevastopol and the Government of the Lipetsk Region was signed. The document was signed by the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and the governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov.
Our task is the exchange of best practices: this applies to both the training system and issues of import substitution. This is a priority area of state policy; I expect that together with colleagues from the Lipetsk region we will develop joint projects,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Pravozhaev.
Among the key areas of cooperation are trade, economic and investment activities, creating favorable conditions for business, joint projects. An important aspect is the cooperation of enterprises, digitalization. In the agricultural sector, technology is planned, an increase in trade between the Lipetsk region and the city of Sevastopol.
Today’s agreement opens up new horizons for cooperation between the Lipetsk region and Sevastopol. Our regions complement each other: the industrial potential of Lipetsk and the strategic significance of Sevastopol create a strong basis for joint projects. I am sure that this partnership will bring specific results in the economy, social sphere, and strengthen the connection between our inhabitants— notes Igor Artamonov.
An important development vector is tourism and culture. Joint events, tour of creative groups, promotion of regional brands are planned. In addition, cooperation will affect the sectors of ecology, housing and communal services, and social sphere.
