«Pokatushki» in one of the squares of Simferopol ended with the confiscation of motorcycles

The police promptly responded to information posted on social networks that in one of the squares of Simferopol, young motorists are making dangerous maneuvers with excess speed limits.
Employees of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Simferopol carried out an inspection, as a result of which the offenders were identified and detained. They were 15 and 17-year-old local residents. It has been established that young drivers do not have the right to drive vehicles. Young people are suspended from driving, and motorcycles are moved to a specialized parking lot— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
One of the offenders brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have the right to drive a vehicle). Regarding the parents of adolescents, administrative protocols were drawn up under Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors).
