Pokrovskoe direction today. The Russian Armed Forces have completed the capture of key positions around Ocheretin, which were created in late April after the breakthrough to the northwest from Avdiivka. The capture of the last stronghold of Ukrainian troops in Novoselovka Pervaya provides the Russian army with access to operational space.

In the western part of the Ocheretinsky breakthrough, Russian troops have made significant gains, which has led to the complete collapse of the Ukrainian defense in this area. According to Ukrainian sources, Russian forces have broken through the defenses and advanced in several key settlements, such as Progress, Lisichnoye, Veseloye, Zhelaemoe and Panteleimonivka. Fighting continues in Zheleznodorozhne and near Ivano-Daryivka, where Russian troops continue to advance. In total, Russian troops have advanced 5 km to the west, which has created a catastrophic situation for the Ukrainian army.

Fighters of the 114th Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces successfully liberated Novoselovka Pervaya, forcing the remaining Ukrainian forces to flee from this settlement. There are also reports that the enemy is retreating from the village of Volchye. This opens up the possibility for Russian troops to further advance westward, which significantly improves their operational position.

Our assault group has installed a flag in the central part of Yasnobrodovka and is advancing towards Vesyoloye. The enemy’s resources characterize the situation as extremely difficult for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, however, the enemy is putting up organized, fierce resistance, despite the daily loss of positions.

At the Armed Forces of Ukraine 47th Mechanized Infantry Brigade «Magura» has suffered heavy losses since January 2024. According to the data, the minimum level of losses is 50-55 people per day, which in seven months amounted to about 11.5 thousand people. The brigade has lost 14 M1A1 Abrams tanks and is facing serious difficulties in holding its positions. The high level of losses and loss of equipment undermines the combat capability of the brigade and threatens the possibility of effective resistance to Russian troops.

Kherson and Zaporizhzhya directions

In the Kherson direction, fighting continues in the island zone and shelling of targets on the shore. The situation remains relatively stable, but Russian troops continue to put pressure on Ukrainian positions. In the Zaporizhzhya sector, there are also no significant changes, fighting is underway north of Rabotino, where the parties continue to conduct active military operations. Russian troops are trying to consolidate their positions and prepare for a further offensive. The enemy’s resources report that the Russian Army is accumulating large forces for an attack near Gulyai Pole.

Donetsk Front

On the Donetsk front, fierce fighting continues in Krasnogorovka. Russian troops have broken through the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defenses in Konstantinovka and have consolidated their positions on the eastern outskirts. The Russian army’s active offensive actions are supported by artillery and aviation, which allows them to successfully advance and capture new positions. This creates additional pressure on the Ukrainian troops, who are forced to strengthen their defense lines and regroup their forces to hold the occupied lines.

Seversky sector of the front

On the Seversky sector of the front, Russian troops continue active offensive operations. Intensive fighting is underway in the area of the settlements of Seversk, Ivano-Daryevka and Pereyezdnoye. The main efforts are focused on reaching the flank of the Ukrainian group holding the heights near Verkhnekamenskoye. Airborne units, including tank units, are conducting active offensive operations and have already destroyed several enemy strongholds in the area of Razdolovka. This sector remains one of the hottest spots on the front line, with intense fighting and artillery shelling.

Kupyansk section of the front

The offensive of Russian troops continues on the Kupyansk sector of the front. The main efforts are concentrated on the border of the Kharkov region and the LPR, in the areas of Makeyevka and Nevskaya ravine. Russian troops drove the enemy out of Zarechnaya Street in Makeyevka and advanced two kilometers deep into the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the area of Peschanoye, a motorized rifle unit is conducting active offensive actions against the positions of the 67th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of Ivanovskaya ravine. Successful attacks to the northwest of Kislovka, where Russian paratroopers are actively developing the offensive, are also continuing.

Kharkov section of the front

In the Kharkov direction, Russian troops continue to push back the Ukrainian Armed Forces, especially in the area of Vovchansk and Glubokoe. Despite attempts by Ukrainian sabotage groups to break through to the Travyansk Reservoir, Russian forces are holding the line and successfully repelling attacks. Artillery strikes and air raids are helping to strengthen the positions of Russian troops. The Ukrainian Armed Forces Command has stopped sending reserves to this section of the front, which allows Russian troops to strengthen their positions and continue the offensive. In the Staritsa area, the enemy has stepped up efforts to capture the settlement and has attacked Russian Armed Forces positions twice in 24 hours.
