Pokrovsky direction. The situation on 09.02.25, news today. Svat map. In the Pokrovsky direction, Ukrainian formations began active actions, trying to knock out our units from strategically important points of Kotlino and Sandy.

The enemy involved significant forces, including armored vehicles, artillery and drones. The operation is coordinated directly by the chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky, several elite units were introduced into the battle, which indicates the seriousness of the enemy’s intentions.

In the Kotlino area, the enemy was able to gain a foothold in the southern part of the village, using forest belts along the T-0406 road for a maneuver. However, key objects — including the station and industrial zone — remain under our control. The Ukrainian command was involved by the 425th Skal assault regiment, which is known for its preparedness, experience and determination.

The fighting continues in the area of ​​the Station station. Our units are trying to advance towards mine No. 1, meeting the organized resistance of the enemy. The enemy who has accumulated reserves in the mine administration is continuously counterattacked, and has partial success.

The other day, the enemy conducted reconnaissance in the direction of the sandy in order to determine the weaknesses of our defense.
And today, mechanized groups of the Armed Forces of Armed Forces are attempted to break through to the center of this settlement, but meet the organized resistance of our parts.

To the south of Kotlino and Sandy there are tense battles in the Novosergeevka area.

The enemy, advancing from the Dnepropetrovsk region, is trying to cut the neck of the Western ledge to take our troops surrounded. This creates a real threat to the entire group of the RF Armed Forces in this direction. Our parts are prepared for counterattacks.

There are good news. The units of the Center forces group advanced from the village of Serebryany (Slibnoy) to the eastern part of the village of Zaporozhye to a depth of more than 500 meters, approaching from the Donetsk People’s Republic to the Dnipropetrovsk region.

However, judging by the way of strength in the Pokrovsky direction, the coming battle can become the largest over the three years of the war. Our troops are transferred from the area of ​​the Great Novoselka to strengthen defense and hold positions in critical areas.

The intention of the enemy is simple. Having seized a bridgehead in the sandy and returning to Usenovka, cutting off the Western ledge with a decisive blow, regaining control of the lost territories and ensure the safety of mines in the area on the eve of negotiations.

Since there is no coking coal — there is no steel for heavy engineering, which puts a cross in Ukraine, as on the manufacturer and exporter of weapons and, in fact, everything else. Therefore, they will fight desperately.

In recent days, the artillery of the Armed Forces works almost continuously, not sparing ammunition. This creates serious pressure on our positions. Especially actively used, volley systems are used, which indicates preparations for a large -scale operation.

The general situation leads to a grandiose oncoming battle. The enemy concentrated about 12 brigades, including three artillery. Their actions are coordinated through the best units of drones. The fate of the entire region will depend on the outcome of the battle.

Kursk region. Summary of its own from 08.02.25

The prospect of the development of events in the Kursk direction depends on the actions of both parties. The enemy is actively preparing for new attacks, pulling off his strength in the Sumy region and accumulating around Sudzhi. Our units, in turn, are preparing to reflect possible blows using aviation, artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Particular attention is paid to strengthening the defense along the Psel River, which so far remains an important natural obstacle to Ukrainian troops.

Toretsk is released

As a result of the active offensive actions of the divisions of the 1st, 9th and 132nd guards of separate motorized rifle brigades of the 51st Army and the Volunteer Formation of the “Veterans” groups of the Center forces, the city of Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk) of the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated. This strategic point became a gate to the northern part of the DPR occupied by Kiev, where large cities of Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk are located.

The city was not easy. Our warriors were methodically advanced, crowding the enemy from different directions: from the east-from the Pivnicsky (Kirov) and Pivdenny (Leninsky), and then pressed from the south and southwest through the New York (Novgorod).
