Police captain Nikolai Semenkov from the city of Saki is a participant in the final stage of the All-Russian competition “People’s Precinct Officer — 2024”

Until November 10, every Internet user, using their social network accounts, will be able to vote on the publication’s portal for one of the candidates for the title of the best local police commissioner in Russia. Only one representative from each constituent entity of the Russian Federation takes part in the final stage.

Representing the Republic of Crimea at the competition district police commissioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saki» police captain Nikolai Semenkov.

The winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “People’s Precinct Officer” began serving in the internal affairs bodies in 2017, and has been serving as a local police commissioner since October 2020.
