Police of Sevastopol — officially: about the «sexual incident» in one of the city's nightclubs

During the monitoring of the media and the Internet, police officers of Sevastopol in one of the social networks found a video in which an unknown man and girl commit sexual acts while in a public place — in one of the entertainment establishments (nightclubs) of the city. This video was distributed by some users of one of the messengers on the Internet and turned out to be available to an unlimited number of citizens.

An investigative-operational group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninsky District was sent to the scene of the incident, the police seized the server with video materials, and the necessary measures were taken to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

An administrative investigation is underway into the commission of an offense by police officers. Currently, in relation to one of the participants in the incident, a 32-year-old man, an administrative protocol has been drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The maximum sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of administrative arrest for up to 15 days. The location of the second participant in the incident is being established to bring her to justice. The materials collected by the police will be submitted to the court for a decision on the merits , the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol reports.

In addition, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials or objects”). Urgent investigative actions have been carried out, persons who have distributed materials that have signs of pornographic materials have been identified, and a special examination will be carried out as part of the investigation.

In the near future, the actions of all participants in administrative and criminal proceedings, including the administration of the nightclub, will be given a legal assessment within the framework of the current legislation.
