Poll: 7 out of 10 Crimeans believe that their involvement in work is as high as possible
CrimeaPRESS reports:
7 out of 10 Crimeans believe that their involvement in the work is as high as possible. Employed citizens and representatives of companies took part in the survey of the high-paying job search service SuperJob
74% of Crimeans believe that their involvement on a 5-point scale reaches the maximum mark. Only 4% of respondents admitted to extremely low involvement (by 1 point out of 5), among them representatives of different professions — everyone can be unmotivated. More often than others, they openly declared that they were fulfilling the necessary minimum of duties, only to avoid being fired, respondents aged —11 years (11%), — reported in the press service of the service.
The global “quiet quit” trend seems to be confirmed: seeing that their efforts are not paying off, employees decide to work at a minimum and focus on life outside of work.
Meanwhile, every third employer in Crimea holds events to increase the involvement of staff in the work. Most often, companies try to influence this indicator by introducing a training system. Employers try to increase the involvement of employees by holding general meetings and planning meetings. Another way is monetary motivation, experts say that bonuses and bonus payments do not always work, but meanwhile, personal involvement ratings are higher, the higher the earnings (among Crimeans with a salary up to 50 thousand rubles their engagement was rated at 5 points out of 5 by 65%, and among those earning from 34 thousand rubles per month — 83%).
