Career guidance is an important component of the education of high school students. Schoolchildren should have a real idea of the profession, what specialties are in demand on the labor market and what prospects they will have after receiving the profession. Employers are also interested in this. Today’s schoolchildren are the workforce of tomorrow. The main goal of this project is to meet the needs of Crimea for qualified personnel,” emphasizes Elena Romanovskaya.
