In Crimea, at the request of the prosecutor, a land plot worth 26 million rubles is subject to return from illegal possession.
The Simferopol prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of land legislation. It was established that a land plot worth more than 26 million rubles was registered with the state cadastral register and the ownership of it was registered by an individual on the basis of a forged decision of the Simferopol City Council.
In view of the identified circumstances, the city prosecutor’s office filed a claim in court in the interests of the municipality to return the site to municipal ownership,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
The court, agreeing with the arguments of the prosecutor’s office, satisfied the claims. The actual execution of the judicial act is under the control of the supervisory agency.
