Premiere of the detective melodrama “Mirror of Lies” on the Rossiya TV channel

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On October 23, the premiere of the detective melodrama “Mirror of Lies” will take place on the Rossiya TV channel. The main roles in the project are played by Maria Kulikova, Olga Pavlovets, Dmitry Miller, Ivan Zhidkov, Alexander Ratnikov, Pavel Kuzmin and other actors. Director — Roman Prosvirnin.

Mirror of lies

Dina (Maria Kulikova) — speech therapist in kindergarten, lives a measured and happy life with her daughter Olya (Diana Enakaeva) and common-law husband Sergei (Dmitry Miller), with whom he has been planning to legitimize relations for a long time. Dina has three best friends — Nelya (Olga Pavlovets), Yana (Alexandra Sopova) and Anna (Anastasia Golotvina). Yana disappears, but it is impossible to find out what happened to her. Following her, Anna dies under strange circumstances, and her husband blames Dina for his wife’s death. Together with Nelya and his classmates — investigator Evgeny Korzinin (Pavel Kuzmin) and Alexey Korzhov (Alexander Ratnikov), the heroine takes up the investigation of this case. But Dina cannot even imagine that her own life will soon be in danger…

Mirror of lies

Maria Kulikova: «My heroine is very stubborn and stubborn — she constantly makes noise around her. For Dina, as for me, female friendship is a big deal. I also have three best friends from the days of children’s theater studio. We go on vacation together, go to our parents’ birthdays. And it is precisely this kind of close friendship that the series is about. But, it seems to me, his main line is still detective. This really attracted me because I love this genre. I look at our and Western detective films, who are now filming at a high level. For me personally, the story ended very unexpectedly«

Mirror of lies

Olga Pavlovets: «Unlike her friends, Nelya grew up in a wealthy family. This difference in social status kept the girls apart, but my heroine always tried to compensate for it with her activity and compassion. Their friendship began in their youth, and such relationships are usually the strongest. But not everything is so smooth – many unexpected twists await viewers. Even I, when I read the script, was constantly surprised. I like that this story is absolutely realistic, because sometimes things happen in life that you wouldn’t even dream of in the movies«

Mirror of lies

Roman Prosvirnin, director: “I liked this story of endless skeletons in the closet, when we all smile, enjoy life, it seems that everything is fine with us, but in fact there is a background, second drawers. Our series has such an intricacy of lines, such a terrible tangle of secrets and intrigue! There are a huge number of heroes for whom pitfalls emerge years later, and this introduces a criminal character into the plot. We filmed in all the iconic places of Rostov-on-Don: the center, all the embankments, the Rostov gallery. We had amazing chases around the city. In my opinion, the story turned out to be dynamic. Let’s hope the audience will appreciate it.»
