Lectures of this kind have been held by notaries of Sevastopol on a regular basis since 2022 on the basis of the current Cooperation Agreement between the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol and the Real Estate Association of Sevastopol. The classes are aimed at improving the legal literacy of realtors in order to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of people — property owners. The subject of the conversation in the last lesson was the procedure for making transactions with real estate with a focus on notarization of the contract, including from the point of view of the advantages of the notarial form of the transaction and the disadvantages of a simple written form— reported in the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol.
